I rented here for years. It's a nice place with reasonable rents. The property is fairly well kept and maintenance is responsive. It's a great central location with great access to shopping, restaurants, the freeway, and the airport is just down the road.

I have lived here going on 3 1/2 years and I have not experienced anything negative with management and/or staff. They have always been professional and have expedited my requests for maintenance and have always been available to make payments. The maintenance guys respond quickly and have accommodated my family and me. Apartments are at a good location. Lastly, I am fortunate to not have to deal with bugs or anything of that nature.

I just moved in last month with my kids and I absolutely love it. I feel at home and my kids also feel at home and love their space. The leasing consultant was amazing, he showed me a vacant that was exactly like mine. He followed up with me and made the move in process run smooth.

I Love it here. I have had no problems since I have been here. The office staff is very helpful and cooperative. They made my move in quick and painless. I never even have to go to the office I can do everything online or over the phone, which is very convenient. The maintenance staff is awesome also. My wok orders are done in a timely manner and are completed to perfection. They are wonderful at following up with me. I love living here. Thanks Monterey Village Apartments.
